#MTGov Daily Rundown (Special Debate Day Edition): Judge Bullock's Future By His Past
“Now on the campaign trail you’re going to hear him try to get out of what he’s said in the past,” Bullock said. “The best way you’re going to know what somebody’s going to do in the future is to also look at what they’ve done in the past.” -Billings Gazette, 10/3/2016
It’s funny he’d suggest we look at someone’s past? Because in Bullock’s rear view:
- He vetoed tax relief for Montanans
- He vetoed infrastructure funding
- He vetoed gun rights bills
- He vetoed educational savings accounts
- He flew the state plane to campaign fundraisers – on our dime
- He took campaign donations from members of groups that sued to shut down Colstrip
- He outsourced $70 million to Wisconsin to “market Montana”
- He deleted every email from when he was Attorney General
… and the list goes on
So, if “The best way you’re going to know what somebody’s going to do in the future is to also look at what they’ve done in the past” – look no further.
